In his new role, Stuart will serve as a director and focus on prime high street, shopping centre and retail park leasing and asset management, occupier advisory, as well as development in UK regional markets.

Stuart was previously head of national retail and occupier services at Cushman & Wakefield and has 18 years of experience in the property industry.

Savills’s national retail team has over 60 employees in offices throughout the UK.

The adviser hired Isla Monteith in October, who also joined Savills’ Edinburgh office.
